Making plans for upcoming trip to Branson in November. Where is the best place to get tickets for the Christmas shows? Is it better (less expensive) to buy tickets on the internet or wait and pick up tickets after we get there and hope that they are not sold out. Never done this trip before and don't want to spend a fortune but also want to be able to see and do as much as possible. What about Silver Dollar City, does it have special Christmas things going on? Thanks for any information that can be provided!

Ticket Discounts & Timeshare Tour Freebies.

We got some of our Branson show ticket discounts as timeshare tour incentives & the rest at a straight discount ticket outlet that sold show tickets below list prices without requiring timeshare tours.

That was a couple of years ago -- things may have changed since then, I don't know.

Click here for the whole story -- more than most folks might care to know.

I bought our tickets for the following online at ReserveBranson.com. I checked a lot of places and there didn't seem to be any discounts for these particular shows, and these are the ones I didn't want to miss

I don't plan to do any timeshare tours so went ahead and bought them online.

I can post the prices we paid if you wish.

All of the above websites are great!

I always recommend you first go to www.reservebranson
Put in your dates of travel and it will give you a list of the shows during your visit.

Silver Dollar City is a wonderful place to go during the holiday season; thousands of lights; very magical; ride the train!

Shoji Tabuchi's show is my favorite! Not inexpensive (well, depending on your interpretation of expensive); but a wonderful, professional production!
