Jim -

My wife's family is having a reunion in Branson. Most people will be staying at the Hampton Inn but we're planning on a timeshare. Which timeshares would be closest proximity and of those which would you recommend choosing? Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure but I think there is only one Hampton Inn left in Branson. If not, you might try posting the address of the one you're staying at as that will determine TS's close to it. I know there used to be two but one was recently converted to something like Angel Inn (I think)

If you're staying at the Hampton in on West 76 hwy, I'm think that French Quarter is probably one of the closer TS resorts.

Yup. The Hampton Inn on Green Mountain is no longer a Hampton Inn. The one left is near the west end of the strip, in front of Cirque. French Quarter is almost across the street. Cabins on Green Mountain is below French Quarter, on Green Mountain, a long block away. You can walk though French Quarter property to get from Hampton Inn to Cabins on Green Mountain.

Cracker Barrel is a block away, and Olive Garden across the road. Red Lobster and Golden Corral are around the corner.

Those are really the only two convenient timeshare resorts. Both are very nice.

Jim and Jenny's Margaritaville Dock and Resort is about 25 miles away.
