Does anyone have any experience with Nantucket in Branson Missouri? We have a chance to take ownership of a warranty deed but the people at Nantucket will not provide any information. They said we need to take ownership before they give any information. Information such as what are the maintenance fees?

So if you go to www.SellMyTimeshareNow.com and key in Branson's Nantucket you will see that they have quite a few for sale. You should be able to determine the approximate annual fees by looking at some of the listings.

Do your homework; no sense in taking a deed that you yourself may have difficulty in unloading if or when you wish to sell it.

I should add that I wouldn't have a lot of confidence in that Timeshare if they are unwilling to provide any information. Just my opinion as it makes me question why not......

Joining this group was the first step in doing my homework.

My father passed away and now we, me and my siblings are trying to figure this out. Nantucket customer service is being very evasive in answering my questions. It really threw me for a loop when she told me I had to be a owner before they would tell me anything.

She had mentioned a couple times that we could simply give the deeds back to them, but my father has paid over $40,000.00 to them and I'm not sure I want do that. She also said I could not sale the warranty deeds that we have. Looking at the link you provided it's clear someone is selling Nantuket's property.

I need to make an educated decision however they are making that impossible.
