I got the Hawaii Collection, $4200 Maintence and $75,000 lost.

I applied to get rid of it, I have everything paid off, the worst decision of my life put me in heavy debt since I took out a personal loan to pay off the other loan.

Note: I do own a HGVC Craig 3BR Lodge and am trading that unit via DEX. Now, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing your first TS for only to use it as a trader. That is a side benefit which can easily go away…

What other HGVC properties can tie into DEX? I'm guessing none of my HGVC Properties, as I do not have the DEX option on my HGVC side.

...and it there a specific forum that discusses DEX? DEX is too short of a term for the search option.
