Just wanted to thank everyone who spoke about resale purchases through Judy. At the end on January I saw a HGVC 1bdr gold season, 3400 points, on sale for $2000. I thought wow that is a low price it can't possible be for real. Well it was and the process went very smoothly. We are now just waiting for the Title and our welcome letter from HGVC. Judy has a great assistant who listed the property. I just wanted to let everyone know what a great job Dana did. :cheer:

Me too, Me too! Gold 1 bedroom for $2,000. But you are further along in the process. We are still waiting for the estoppel letter from HGVC before we can close.

We rent at that resort most years so thought why not look into buying one. Price was right so we said "what the heck". Besides, finding reputable people to rent from was getting tougher.

Can't wait to book as we are goingDecembereber this year.
