Love the series

Love the series, read all the books, and just discovered I missed the series from 2020

Wonder why they didn’t spin-off with the Lincoln Lawyer like the books rather than Chandler.

Suppose it was Matthew_McConaughey was too expensive or didn’t want to take the time.

Cheers

Also, in the book series, Harry went to work in a smaller town after retirement. Would have been an interesting series

Rick and my stepdad just love it. It's good, but they look forward to it every season. They asked me just last night when it was coming back.

Season 7 (Final Amazon Season) was as good as the first 6. My wife and I are not bingers, but with a rainy Saturday this past weekend we watched 7 episodes and held out on the last episode as we did not want Bosch to end. Per the articles above, now to wait for the spin-off!

I really enjoyed Season 7 the beginning was so well done, with a variety of groups celebrating New Years 2020 with no idea a pandemic was looming on the horizon. there is no way to enjoy this episode with out having watched the other episode and having some idea who the numerous characters are.
It is interesting, I also watched an old Columbo episode. Bosch is always in trouble with the bosses and higher ups, but Columbo was never reprimanded as far as I know. I also thought the story thread about LT were great and the Crate and Barrell contributions.

Loved the last season, as well as the whole series. Both my husband and I though some of the scenes filmed outside had the sound muffled and were hard to understand though.

We were eagerly awaiting the start of the this Bosch season because we loved all the previous ones. But after 2 episodes, we're finding we're not as excited. In the year's wait for the Bosch return we've been watching lots of British and Australian cop or detective shows on BritBox and Acorn and now the Bosch dialogue seems flat and kind of uninspired in comparison. Hopefully, we'll get into it more as the story progresses.
