Bookit.com?

Has anyone ever used them before? They have better prices than most, I have used Expedia and Travelocity, but never BookIT. Does anyone know if it is a reliable site?

We used Bookit for a vacation package to Mexico two years ago. We found a lower price on another site one week before we were set to leave(substantial $$ difference); called Bookit to see if they could match. They could not, but cancelled the whole thing for the stated fee with no problems. Because of this, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, as I feel there would be no problems if I needed to cancel. Overall, we saved $2000 from the original price on two rooms, so the cancellation fees were negligible.
