My understanding is that there is at least one, but maybe two, on the top floor of each tower. They are the only “presidential” units that exist outside of tower 6.

I think that there was at least two in maybe T3 but one of them they used to hold for sales showings and the fireworks. But now they have moved the fireworks to the PR lounge. The only other ones that I know of are in T6 since that is the Reserve tower. So then those units will be subject to the "up to 75%" quota.
