Bonus Time and Pinnacle resale without Legacy benefits

I am considering buying points at the Soundings in Dennisport from Pinnacle, but with the Legacy benefits. Would I still get Bonus time at that reesort only? Do I have a better chance of avoiding ROFR by buying from Pinnacle?

I believe that if you buy with the Charter benefits, you can get bonus time at all Bluegreen properties.
I’ve also wondered if they ever exercise ROFL on Pinnacle sales

Thank You. They tell me they have the same chnce of ROFR. Won't know until i try. I did find out that you do get bonus time where you buy if you dont buy with Charter benefits/

Pinnacle sales used to be exempt from ROFR.
As of January 2024, these sales are also put thru the rofr process.
