Linda, looks like things are moving! Deed had been sent to be recorded (12/12) so we should finish closing soon. I am SO excited!

Thanks again for all your great help!

You're quite welcome! You got yourself a great deal.
Do you plan on staying at WPN to check it out? If you haven't been to the Williamsburg area, I'd recommend it. If you have, then have fun exchanging. :)

Yes, I think for the 1st year we'll stay for a week to check out the area with the large condo.

It looks like there is SO much to do there!

Yes, there sure is. There's more than enough to keep you busy for a week.

For starters, consider the historical sites of: Colonial Williamsburg , Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center. These places can turn even non-history buffs into history lovers.

Then of course there's the great theme park Busch Gardens. And if you go during the hot weather, don't miss Water Country USA.

If you go back for another week, you can venture out of Williamsburg and check out Norfolk and Virginia beach area. I won't bother telling you all the great things to do and see there, since that would take up another week.

In fact we haven't been there since 2005 and after telling you all this, I feel like going back! :whoopie:

Have fun, and good luck with your exchanges!

Thanks Linda, for all your advice, I really appreciate it. As soon as I close im going to book my 2010 weeks, and bank the upstairs unit and keep the downstairs. Im SO excited! And looking forward to the possibility of AC weeks too.
