I was playing around with the RCI points ressie system and see that starting in April Bonnet Creek is now available as short stays in RCI Points. Used to only be weeks if I recall correctly. Very nice. :)
 
Looks like Cypress Palms too. Gonna go check the other Wyndhams and see if there are more. I hope they're not getting inventory from the Club and our availability dries up. :annoyed:
 
Hmmm, I'm not finding anything less than 3 days. Pretty sparse inventory.

It's mostly 1 bedrooms. Are you filtering for 2 bedrooms?
I see quite a bit of inventory in May. Almost the whole month from the 5th to the 30th.

I think it's a 3 day minimum.
 
I see 3 nights for 10K and 4 nights for 14K on Monday thru Friday stays in May. That's how I usually use it anyway is during the week so this is great for me. :D
 
According to Wyndham, they have arrangements with a lot of the resorts to use the re-possed inventory and place it through the Extra Vacations program. Do not know about the nightly stays program.

That explains the 3 day thing.

I saw the inventory in May (there's also May inventory in weeks for just 9 TPU per week), but there's almost nothing close in. This would be ideal for filling in days between two reservations (like if you had a Fri-Fri one week and a Sun-Sun the next, using this to fill the gap), but you would have to have your reservations pretty early to be able to utilize it.
 
I don't see any housekeeping fees listed.
I wonder how much those will be. :rolleyes:
 
Glacier Canyon is as well

We live in Northern IL, so this is great for our family, found 2 bedrooms for a sunday-thursday stay for about 14k rci points, not too bad of a deal! There is the $75 housekeeping fee added in, but at less than a penny a point for our rci points this is a winner. I'm sure these will end up on ebay though in the future.... :rolleyes:
