You may have heard about the guy who filed suit over calling Boneless Wings as Wings, claiming they contain no wing meat. Apparently, the judge disagreed with the claim

Apparently a taco is considered a sandwich. I think in Indiana.

There was a similar lawsuit in Ohio where a guy was injured because of a peice of bone in a boneless wing. The supreme court there came to the same conclusion that a boneless wing isn't a wing at all but more a cooking style.
