Boardwalk questions

thinking of trading into Boardwalk. some questions.

We're familiar with the area as we stayed at Beach club last time (which we loved).

is there a shallow kids pool at boardwalk?

is there a smaller waterslide (like at beach club for younger kids?)

should i put in an ongoing trade for a different DVC?

they have a kiddie pool- not sure about a slide. BW is nice, BCV is nicer

I just spent a week at BWV a few weeks ago. This was my second time staying there. There is a baby pool that has an elephant that sprays water into the pool. There is not a water slide for the younger kids like they have at BCV. The pool area at BCV is definitely better, but I really love BWV. Every afternoon at the pool, they had activities for the kids. My kids actually wanted to leave the parks so they could get back to the pool for the games. In the evening, they roasted marshmallows, and had a movie by the pool. I know that BCV has similar activities as well.

What I like the most about the Boardwalk is that it is walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. BCV are certainly close to Epcot, but it would be a long walk to the Studios. You really can't go wrong with either. Though BCV seems much more difficult to find on RCI.

Thanks everyone! Looks like thats out as ds really loves waterslidez. Wilderness lodge is avail for the same dates and they do have a smaller wTerslide. Thanks!
