Sorry, I couldn’t find oneMy old links to the Bluegreen rci crossover grid don't work anymore. Can someone either provide a working link or a copy of the chart.
There are club dues and maintenance fees which apparently are about .98 a point now in Trust Fund E. Restrictions for buying resale are not getting premier benefits and not being able to use bonus time at all of the resorts. So are the dues for bluegreen on top of your maintenance fees? Are they an additional mandatory charge on top of maintenance fees?
Also are resale points limited in how and where you can use them?
Yes, multiply x point value plus base fee/club dues. The more points you own, the less the overall per point cost.can you bluegreen experts give me a quick rundown on the following so we can update the comparison chart?
Typical 2br High Season point value? and mf for those points (though i guess i can just multiply that by .1052! )
typical 2br low season point value?
Example: Branson High/Low 2BRwhats a good example of low demand 2br?
You really can't throw it out as there are many more examples just like this one. I was just using Branson as an example because there are 5 BG resorts there; I gave you three.will have to update that too!
ive little to no experience with bg ownerships, but i think we can probably throw out the brand new resort as it ruins the curve for everything else =D
if that was removed from the matrix, do the remaining bg resorts fall more in line with a 25-27k high range, and 6 to 10k low range?
I note that in the previous article we compared 25k bluegreen points to 300,000 wyndham points. and 300k wyndham points is certainly "higher" than our current high listing of 20x,000 points?
perhaps 205 wyndham points would equate to 16-20k bluegreen points? ie enough to get you MOST 2br units in high season?
ok, if you were buying. what point level would you buy into that would net you "most 2br reservations during high season"? 25k? 30?@TUGBrian "perhaps 205 wyndham points would equate to 16-20k bluegreen points? ie enough to get you MOST 2br units in high season?"
Afraid not. BG points are all over the place depending on when they came into the program. I will add the other two Brandon Resies to make that point.
If anything, 16-20K will get very few 2BR high season.
Exactly, "staggeringly high" is correct.the mf for that much is getting into the staggeringly high levels to compare to the point values for even wyndham and worldmark?
Anybody? So if I currently have a 6000 point contract, and want to add a 5000 resale contract, my incremental costs would be 5000 X .1052, or $526? The $373 base would not be applicable again?
Thanks
As long as they are in the same trust, then yes, just the per point fee.Anybody?
Thank you. I wasn’t sureAs long as they are in the same trust, then yes, just the per point fee.
