Just got a cold call from these guys - very persistent in getting me an offer letter. Letter came and was way over the value I paid for the property. Told him I was interested if only nothing ever came out of my bank account etc.. He said that was not possible so I told him to shove it. Just a heads up all

Cheers

I recently got a very good offer from these guys (somewhat suspect). After arguing about the upfront fees and several phone calls later, they agreed to waive all up front out of pocket fees. It'll be interesting to see what's next.

"Somewhat suspect"? 100% scam.

Website created December 2015. Website is full of grammar errors but what is most amusing is that the descriptions of their "brokering" services has nothing to do with travel brokering but rather financial brokering.

Seems these scammers are not too bright. They probably just copied some other website's verbiage about brokering and thinks it pertained to their "business". However, they will gladly take your money.

This is what is next - they are going to waive the upfront fees.

Then in a few weeks or days, they will notify you that they have a buyer, and all you have to do is pay some bogus fee, to get the big check.

They will assure you that it is NOT an upfront fee, because it will go in an escrow account, and you will get it back.

It is all a scam…...

Listen to Denise! We get these all the time.

I'm glad RX8 got to the link before it was deleted, he's our computer forensics expert.

You will be asked to pay the closing costs as Denise says. Let us know how it plays out.
