We own a floating 1-bdrm week at Morritt's Tortuga and are looking to rent it out this year. I want to get a "prime" week to rent. I.e. One that will be easy/popular to rent. What in your opinion is the most popular time to rent in Grand Cayman? Summer? Thanksgiving? Pirate's week? Some other time? I'm just learning about Pirates' week, so I don't know how popular it is. And I know everyone has their "favorite" time to go, but again I'm looking to find a popular time to visit that's not Jan-March.

Well Jan-March is obviously the most popular time because it's cold on the mainland. The best way to figure out the other most popular times is to look at the popularity index on Interval International. I'd do it for you, but my membership expired and I don't plan to renew. A cheaper way is to go to the "Rates" tab for a few private rentals on VRBO. They usually increase the rates during the more popular times. Here's one example I found:

So, I'd book early April or mid-December.

I hadn't thought about that. Apparently for 2016-17 the popularity index says that the next most popular time after Feb/Mar is week 28. Thanks for the suggestion.
