Best MVC in Lake Tahoe

Looking to go to Lake Tahoe in September. Which is the better Club..... Grand Residence or the Lodge? Thanks.

Sometimes you can get some really nice 2br at Grand Residence. If you see a 2br with a king in each room it’s a huuuuge unit. The bi-level lofts are special also. I would choose either of those over a Timberlodge 2br.

If you stay at Grand Residence, you have access to Timber Lodge pools/jacuzzi's which are nicer than the Grand Residence pool.

This has officially changed since a falling out over shared activities expenses last year. Perhaps unofficially you can.

In the email we received about the pool at the Grand Residence pool being closed in September, they said "guests that are staying at the Grand Residence will not have access to the timber lodge to use their amenities"

Wow, that is a shame. Two great properties that should be able to get along. We stayed at Timber Lodge in 2013 and then Grand Residence in 2023. Loved both properties.

There is getting along, and then there is freeloading. Two different things.
