Richard, thanks!
Never knew this.........what an amazing and talented woman, and her paintings shown are magnificent.
Her name needs to be more publicized for obvious reasons.....it is history!
She introduced/contributed one of the most famous and beautiful techniques in the history of art, literally changing it forever
into a more colorful and refreshing look, imho.
Funny, but two years ago I purchased a few mid-century impressionistic paintings to "update" a couple of rooms.
The article is, dare I say, very impressive.
