I was talking today to an acquaintance who visits the Berkshires for 3 consecutive weeks every year.

He told me that if I were to go to the Berkshires for a visit, to check out "The Berkshire Eagle" which is the daily newspaper of Pittsfield, MA. Their website
is http://www.berkshireeagle.com/

When you get to their homepage, scroll down to "Berkshire Features"
and click on the hyperlink for "Berkshire Week"
This will take you to another page which has links for Calendar, Exhibits,
Nightlife, and Berkshires After Dark. The Berkshire Week Calendar is updated weekly on Thursdays.

He said this is the best way to find out quickly what's happening in Pittsfield and the surrounding Berkshire towns. Great site for trip planning.

Enjoy the Berkshires

Richard

Thanks - that's a great link. I go there a couple of times a year and will be sure to use it. Thanks for passing it on
