Belaire Construction

I am in PV at the Puesta del Sol. My wife Joyce and I purchased a one bedroom unit at Belaire in 2007.We have been in PV since January 6 and will go home April 20.
We were concerned about the lack of construction progress at Belaire but we are happy to say that this week construction is going on with maxxum effort. All the heavy equipment is in operation and the hard hat construction people are all over the place.Their will be a cermony on Friday with the Mayor of PV attending.
I have many pictures of this construction and I will post some of them when I get home on April 20.Right now I am using an Internet cafe for my computer needs.
Hope this effort continues and this may lessen some concerns of owners

Thank you for the update, I am crossing my fingers that this project is only on delay & that it will proceed as promised. I too look forward to your photos.

I do check here on occasion for any updates with the Belaire project.
Contrary to what california-bighorn (who has no interest in Belaire) states I am not “part of any scam” nor do I personally know any of the other posters in which he claims I may be.
I am an owner who has tried to get any information that may help shed some validity to the project. IE: IDOM & Registry Collection.

Just got back last night from PV. I also am an owner and if I can fiqure out how to post photos I have a few of the constuction at Belaire. They have been working everyday including Sunday. If you are an owner you can access the real time webcam through The Belaire website.

I will attempt to put some images of the construction on. As owners we can watch the process in real time. I guess these are for the naysayers that had their doubts about the project getting off the ground. Way to go Antonio, Nico and staff.

Well I am happy to see this for those that bought into Belair. The pics look like some progress being made. That is great. I'll reupdate my next trip to PV.

I just came back from visiting the Belaire Construction site and I am very happy to say that construction continues to go on with a maxxium effort. Workers are all over the place, trucks continue to arrive with supplies and cement, and all the heavy equipment is in full operation.
I firmly believe this project is on the right track to completion, however I dont think anybody at this time can predict the exact completion date.
I took a few more pictures and will attempt to post them when I arrive at home on April 20.

I’m not packing my shorts just yet either but the reports I have read and the pictures I have seen definitely give me reason for hope.
I find it interesting how the cynics and bashers . . . have now slithered away.
