Bay Club room codes

I searched the forum looking for the Bay Club room code definition to no avail. What is it I am missing? Any help would be appreciated. I have stayed there a good number of times but I would like to be intentional this time when reserving a room. I would prefer to stay in a villa facing the golf course and a 1 bedroom facing the golf course. What is the likelihood of that?

No 1 BDR faces the golf course. Some of the Villas face the Golf Course, 4 out of 7 do. There are no way to separate them by Code.
