I went back and checked, in addition to 622,:

Unit 621 was most recently purchased in 2021 for $650,000 by a resident of Warsaw, IL

Unit 133 was purchased in 2014 for $460,000 by a resident in Midland, MI

Unit 236 was purchased in 2013 for $400,000 as a limited corporation ownership in Waianae, HI

Yes, the county tax office is a better source :)

At weekly owners update (not a sales pitch) I recall we were told by management that there were 3 or 4 still private units - not that it makes any difference.

When you walk around the property, you can tell which ones are privately/wholly owned because they have different lanai furniture.

Just checked in to a one bedroom for 2 weeks, and luckily, scored a newly remodelled unit. Overall, I would say they've done a nice job. Only disappointment, is although the main tv is huge, it is still the style that you cannot cast to. Have been at Ocean Towers a few times, and it is nice to cast from Netflix etc from your phone.
Cloudy today, and some big rains in the forecast over the next few days.

Curious about which unit/building since we were just there.

Seems to be weather happening again. We were there a week ago and had some rain and a few really windy days.

Please do post some more pics if you are able.

As to casting, we travel with a Firestick these days as for us it's more reliable than even when the TV's have casting ability. A very good spend at $30.

Roku for us. We have a Roku Stick that's just for traveling.

We use fire stick and the pre remodel Bay Club tv’s worked great with that specifically “input” changes to enable usage.

We just stayed at Marriott Beach Resort Wailea for several days and no matter what I tried could not change the input to the fire stick. Hopefully the new tv’s at Bay Club will not block “input” changes.

About 6 years ago two of the villa units were for sale, we went as looky loos to the open house, 621/622. In talking to the agent there was a building one third floor unit also privately owned, 133.

The villas were really nice, both second floor units facing the golf course. The asking prices were $450k.
