I am looking at an auction for Barefoot'n in the Keys at Old Town (Orlando Florida). The points to mf ratio (RCI) is very good 84k/$600 every odd year, but there is no bidding and it ends in 12 hours..... Are we looking at a sleeper, or is there something going on at the resort like an upcoming assessment?
