Banking borrowed DVC points

I borrowed some DVC points from Oct 2017 use year for Feb 2017, then had to cancel that stay.

It appears that I now have to use those points before October 2017. I cannot bank them.

Is this correct? Thanks for any help on this.

Yes, it's true. I have some points I will have to use by the end of January. Kind of annoying. Also, once one banks the current year of points, it seems one cannot book anything with those points for 2016.

If you are going to have a difficult time using the points, Mouseowners.com is a great place to find people who want them. You can transfer them over, your account to theirs, or you can make a reservation for them and collect money via Paypal. It's easy get rid of unwanted points, but don't charge too little for your points. You can truly get $13 and more per point with a use year of October.

You can also post on disboards.com--probably more traffic there. I do not think you can transfer borrowed points.
