bank with rci

we own week 31 but cant get away next year until week 34,
we were members with rci but not anymore is it worth joining again to bank/exchange the week,
so far we have done neither in the 6 years since we bought the TS,
but we have used it every year,
can anyone explain a bit better how rci works, the TS is in lasvegas if that helps regarding exchange. thanks.

You might try SFX, they are still taking week and giving bonus if you deposit first and you can request first if you are a platinum member. Other independents are out there too, but SFX does a lot with the West Coast.
