I have lost the link to the basics of the ownership and would appreciate help retrieving. It outlines the 5 times one can not book, the way to split reservations, etc.
 
I gave up ownership at avenue plaza some years ago and i dont have my cheat sheet any longer but I do know the 5 weeks that dont float

Mardi Gras week
the week before Mardi Gras
the 2 weeks of Jazz Fest
