This is the best that we currently have (or I know of). I couldn't find on web because HGV now will mix HGVC, HVC and HC resorts. Also look at tug users @Nowaker list. HGVC (not counting Whistler because that is former Embarc and not available to HGVC members) has two ski resort.

Currently have a confirmed offer of $4k for 11,200 points annually with MF of $1130. Seems like it could be a good deal. Any experience with Charleston in terms of Availability? I think I would mostly book in Charleston, Orlando, Vegas, Skiing resort (if possible), and possibly short NYC trips.

This is a better deal than mine indeed. where is your home property. this is another important factor you will want to consider to buy in. I bought Trump tower, it was the best deal available to me at the time. But after learning the open season( not sure if it's still offer to resale at this point), I would much rather choose Elara or Tuscany village, because I can pay cash and book your home property months ahead, great value to me!

I would not choose Tuscany Village because the MF/pt isn't great and going up. Trump also has high MF/pt. If I were to buy a new deed, I would look at Blvd, Paradise, or Flamingo. Resale have all the same benefits as retail except Max

We’ve been to Liberty Place / Charleston twice this year. Love that place.

It can be a challenge to find 2 bedroom options, but they can be found. Just have to keep looking and have flexibility based on when you find the available rooms.
