At crystal shores now

After a great week at ocean pointe, we are really enjoying the 3 bedrooms at crystal shores, huge rooms with a billion dollars view, millions don't work any more !!!!! I just booked my ocean pointe week for next year and we will repeat the crystal shores week, this time in a 2 bedroom ocean front, which is good enough for us, but let me tell you, as I chat with MVC cust service they said is plenty of units available, so put in your orders !!!!!!!!

UK Fan, any questions you have, I will try to answer. Hopefully you have an ocean front unit, other wise will be noisy because of construction of the extension of the resort. Don't forget to go for dinner to the restaurant across the street, called Davincci, it's awesome. !!!!!!

We are planning on going there in the future, and seem to have properties almost like yours - a MGC 2BR, and then an EOY 2BR BPT. So - how id you get into Crystal Shores? Direct trade of all of MGC, or only the 1 BR? Or did you use points? We would like to be there in the Fall of an upcoming year - not this one, too late - and see that 2000 points will do it, too. Just wondering what worked for you. Thanks.

I traded my gran chateau for dc points, then got the crystal shores. I tried to get to marco island for years, but no luck, until dc points came around, good luck !!!!!!

Marco Island is a special place for us as its where I proposed to my beautiful wife so its high on our list of places we want to visit. Possibly next year.

We spent some time at the Marriott Marco island in the early 90s and they had a great buffet restaurant in the hotel that had a different country's food every night.

We will be at Crystal Shores in late Oct for 6 nights on DC Points. This will be our first return to Marco Island since the mid nineties when we stayed at the Raddison - which is now Crystal Shores so we are really looking forward to our visit. Only had enough points left for Oceanside but that will be just fine for us.
