A friend is interested in buying week 51 on the resale market. Anyone have some pricing for either the week 51 or other Plat. Plus there for some guideline?

Redweek has some Week 51 Villas for $34K thru $42K.

Hopefully that gives you an idea. Be sure to check other sources also......
