We are staying at the Casa Del Mar, and Costa Linda. What is available for beach chairs and umbrellas? Do I need to pay for using these?

In St. Martin, we always rent chairs and umbrellas from this guy for a week and take them to any local beach. Is there someone who does this on Aruba?

Both Casa del Mar and Costa Linda have thier own beach chairs and huts. There is no fee and they are first come first served. I have stayed at both places and did not have a problem at either finding a spot on the beach. Some people get up very early to claim the front spots. If you are staying at Casa del Mar, you also have beach access at Aruba Beach Club next door.

Both places have fixed palapas (as in tiki huts or whatever you want to call them) and there are plenty of chairs. The palapas around the pool at Costa Linda go pretty quickly in high season but later in the year as in July/Aug/Sept. we have a lot of So. Americans and they don't get up early so you can get palapas at the pool easily in the a.m. The beach has plenty of palapas although you might not get the front row later in the a.m. Linda

Resorts in Aruba have their own beach chairs and palapas for their guests. At Baby Beach there is a guy who rents out beach chairs, but I'm not sure that he also rents umbrellas. (Caveat: This was true in 2007, the last time we were in Aruba.) Malmok Beach has some palapas, but no chairs.

To my knowlege there is no one in Aruba who rents out beach chairs and umbrellas on a weekly basis, as in St. Maarten.

The Moomba Beach Bar rents them out daily, which is down the beach farther from where you are staying, however you should not need to worry about chairs and pretty much all the resorts you'll be staying at have palapas and chairs provided, free of charge. If you plan to spend the day at say baby beach I think at that beach there may be someone there now that you could rent from but not totally sure on that one.
