so 55% to now 62% of the cost ....is sales/marketing costs...and some still wonder why timeshares depreciate immediately.
 
I believe they report this every year at the annual meeting. I suspect most companies do but don't know that. As you say, it is pretty common knowledge, at least for those who are somewhat educated about the industry.
