I just closed on 154000 points that are from a converted fixed week. The original week is a 2 bedroom, week number 26 at Kingsgate. My question is, How does ARP work on this type of contract?

Your ARP is only for week 26 in a 2 bedroom unit; no other weeks or unit types.

You know, I had forgotten this. I just made my first purchase and it is a converted fixed week, so this applies to me. Fortunately I bought it only for the points and had no intention of needing ARP there. But it made me wonder how ARP works for converted floating weeks if there is such a thing. Is it the same in that you can only reserve the same unit in the same calendar season?
