We each get them about twice a week. I'm sure they are sales calls. Do you answer them? Irritating.

Block 'em. End of irritation.
Jim, you are a dreamer. :) We block every call but they just change the number a bit and keep calling. I never answer so it's not a huge dealer. Just wondered if lots of others were getting these calls. The next time they call I'll answer & "chat 'em up".

Do you know if they are even calls from Wyndham or Worldmark?

We have a complete call block for all calls unless they are from someone on our contact list. Known scammers and blocked numbers are set to ring continuously and any other numbers not on our contact list go straight to voicemail. Every day we get one or two voicemails that are three seconds long. We just delete them without listening. I can't block them, because as indicated, the numbers are different every time.

I suspect these are timeshare scammers because one day I had to turn our call block off because we were expecting a call. Call block was off for about an hour and I got a call from a timeshare scammer.

At least 80% of the calls that I receive on my cell phone are spam/marketing calls. If the incoming caller is not in my contacts lists, they don't get answered unless they have a called ID that indicates the call is something other than spam.

This sounds like a spammer, not Wyndham. My experience is that Wyndham does not spoof the number they call from and they always leave a message about "upcoming" or "recent" changes that affect my ownership. When I had had enough, I blocked the 702 and 425 numbers and have not heard from Wyndham sales since. The 425 number was interesting, since this is the area code for Redmond, WA. The Redmond, WA offices were moved to Orlando, FL many years ago, but they must have kept a sales office in Redmond.

It's a Wyndham sales weasel from Utah wanting to set up a zoom sales pitch. I was checking into a resort without a sales presence and picked up this call by mistake.

Sounds right. Thanks, Sue

As a matter of fact, I am! And yes, they DO spoof phone numbers. Call centers use a block of (similar) numbers on sales calls. You'll find that if you block a few of them, you'll get far fewer, You can answer them and tell 'em you're on a 'No Call List', but if you have a business relationship with their company, they're exempt from no call lists.
