I cannot send a message, no capability. When I click on it, nothing happens.

I have so many issues, I was going to send several messages about 1) ARDA; 2) weeks that have closed and not in my account, and one was six months ago, another was 3.5 months ago, yet another is going on 3 months; 3) Fees are paid for one week and reservations made for 2023, but I apparently never got the reservations because they are not showing in my account.
 
I had the same problem the other day. Just use customer.advocacy@mvwc.com. Someone had posted that address in a different thread and it worked for me getting through and having a different issue fixed.

The link hasn't worked for over a month.
 
New purchases have not been added to the existing Vistana account for several months. Instead, Vistana opens a separate new account for each new purchase and refuses to merge them.
 
I reported the issue on January 4 via chat, and the agent replied along the lines of “There is no record of this issue. I’ll tell my supervisor.”

I did warn you that they would start to block your access to customer service if you persisted in complaining ;)

Apparently it’s their new policy and it doesn’t matter if you provide your existing member number on the transfer form. They will not merge unless you specifically request to have it merged. When you do request that they be merged, good luck!

That is shocking to me. I don't know why they would want all purchases to be in separate accounts. What would be the reason for that? To confuse us, or what? Marriott isn't like that. This is not a Marriott issue. All of my Marriott ownerships were merged by one person who is not even in title, and we shouldn't have even had two accounts. There were two because my name was listed first on one, his on the other. I very intentionally didn't put any of the kids' names on the Marriott weeks. Now I cannot even log into the old account with Marriott, which is find with me.

Our two Westin Ka'anapali were sent at the same time, same seller (Syed), same closing company, only one transferred to our current account. The transfer took place around 8/7. The other one is in la-la land somewhere. I cannot see it. When I called about it, Vistana told me that the transition to Marriott is taking longer than expected. Well, duh!

Do you have the contract number on the lost ownership? If you provide them with the contract number they should be able to see if it’s been transferred into your name or not. Once it’s in your name, email resolution services and tell them to add it into your account.

I did that before Christmas and not showing yet. Are they that bogged down with these title changes?

I have been telling them about the June week for months and months. November call was, "Marriott is working on merging the systems." What does that mean? Why did one Westin get transferred, while the other sits out there alone and lonely. :) They are different systems.

Not that my complaints aren't valid. I do complain, admittedly, but others are as well. I appreciate the smile and wink.

I was sure I had made reservations for Westin Desert Willow.

Does anyone know how I would find the reservations for WDW? I want to deposit them, but they are no where to be seen. Maybe my Marriott hotel account has answers. This is crazy!
