Are all StarOptions (SO’s) treated/created equal?

Are all StarOptions (SO’s) treated/created equal? Let’s say I buy two mandatory resale units worth 148,100 SO’s total (1 worth 81,000 SO’s and 1 worth 67,100 SO’s). Now, if I buy 2 developers units worth 148,100 SO's total (1 worth 81,000 SO’s and 1 worth 67,100 SO’s). Could I book a 2 BD L/O worth 148,100 SO’s with either grouping of SO’s. I thought I read here that I could only book each side of the unit, but not necessarily book the 2 BD L/O as one unit (so it might not be connected). I might get lucky and have both units connected, but I also might not get them connected. But I didn’t know if this was necessarily true or not. I just wanted to get some clarification on this.

You can reserve EXACTLY what you own at 12 mos. out, and make a Staroption exchange at 8 mos. out.

If you reserve a 2 bd. L/O - you will get a 2 bd. L/O - guaranteed and on your confirmation.

But, if you make a reservation for a studio, and another reservation for a 1 bdm. for the same week, there is zero guarantee that the resort will put them together to make a 2 bdm. lock-off - nor will they tell you until you check-in.
