Arcadia Resorts/RCI - 20 weeks - Best way to sell? Help!

Hi all,
New to the forums and so far I am finding it helpful. We purchased a 20 "premier" week package (paid in full) from Arcadia Resorts out of Indian Rocks Beach, FL. This package allows us to use our 20 premier weeks at any point, and the "vacation club" has an annual fee of $264.

Our 20 weeks can also be used/deposited with RCI so we have access to all of their properties as well.

We just are not going to use the package as we thought we would; life changes. So we are looking to sell the 20 weeks. What is the best way to go about this?

As I said, this forum has been helpful already as it has informed me to stay away from the timeshare resale companies online that require $700-$1000 to "list" my package for sale.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Is that the Cameron Cove Court Resort located on the Gulf of America?

I see there is one week for sale there right now via Redweek for $2,500. Unsure how much demand there would be for 20 weeks. I would think that so many weeks would be difficult to sell or give away.....

I'm sure other TUG members may contribute some input.

No, we purchased the Arcadia Resorts 20 week package at their Harbourside resort located in Indian Rocks Beach, FL.

Our 20 weeks can be used at any of the Arcadia properties, or the weeks can be deposited with RCI and used at any of their properties.

Would our 20 week package be considered a "RTU-Right to Use" type package? It's not a deeded property that we own or anything.
