At a resent sales presentation, it was hinted than Wyndham now owns Manhattan club
Manhattan club has high maintenance fees and a prior history with wyndham
Iit is also on extra holiday website as well

I hope they get it right and it is not a boat anchor

There are tons of resorts on Extra Holidays that are not owned by Wyndham.

Maybe, Wyndham will own x numbers of unit and not the whole property.

I know Manhattan Club through Bluegreen is an Associate resort and not a club resort which means Bluegreen only owns x amount of units and the not the whole property. We have stayed there through Bluegreen and was a lot of points through their system.
