Your best bet for a refund is the credit card dispute. Do that immediately. I suggest you also file an Attorney General complaint in California. File the AG complaints even if you get your refund from your CC company. This scammer needs to be shut down. Filing a police report may help your credit card dispute and can, occasionally, result in the company refunding your money. I don’t think it will in this case as I suspect the scammers will be closing the business soon (and likely start fresh with a new name). You can check with your local police department. The link for California is below.Hi. We also got scammed with Priority Vacation Rental. We tried to cancel it within 10 days and asked for refund, but their sales tactics were so bad, we got into it.
Already filed with BBB, Florida State Attorney general. We live in CA, so should we also file anything in California?
Also, where to file a police complaint?
I will request a fraud on my credit card charge.
In all honesty - Is the money gone and no way to recover?
Good luck. Come back and let us know if you were successful.
