Anyone Used Timeshare Broker Services?

Just received an offer via phone and email for our Ron Jon Cape Caribe unit which is listed on Redweek.

First offer last week was low ball. Then supposedly via a new buyer this week, is for what we listed at. However, the new buyer doesn't want 2009 use, and of course doesn't want to pay the 2009 MF.

Anyone have any recent experience with TBS???

Sounds like a new approach, I'll buy it but I want you to keep it. As Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding Jr.) would say "Show me the money!" That will likely end all dealings with Timeshare Broker Services.

That brokerage is owned by SellMyTimeshareNow.

Do they purchase timeshares in this way for a client?

I bet the sellers that paid them to sell their Ron Jon's would be upset to see this! Shouldn't they be selling those?
