Five. :cry: Had the last three letters correct on line two. It took me four shots to get the first two letters.

Four. If I hadn't changed one letter in my second word guess, it'd been three. Good thing there are no prizes for fewer guesses. :D

Three today. Took a chance on line three (see spoiler).

Using a double letter early can be chancy in that if you are wrong you waste a line learning about other letters. Today, it worked out.

I didn't try SANDY, but our other 5 words are a match. I finally got it in SIX.

Yesterday I commented that putting a double letter in early is chancy in that if you are wrong you lose valuable time eliminating other letters. So today required a triple letter. Wow! Happy to get it in four.
