I struggled to a four. I sacrificed my third try to a word with a known consonant in the wrong spot in order to get the known vowel in the right spot, and it still took me quite a while longer.
I like your third word.

Vacation, I certainly did not remember your answer. Today I was tired of all starter words. Used a plural word, knowing the unwritten rule. Then my next guess made the most sense, though I hate to double up on letters so early.
