Four in a nice little pattern.

I'm in a slump. Two days in a row with a five. At least today I had some company.

The longest, per the NYT stats, is 121. Remember, not doing the puzzle one day counts the same as failing to complete it in 6 tries. My current streak of 44 would be much longer had I not forgotten to do it one day.

That can't be true. I have had a 135 streak, and if I hadn't missed a day with power failure, my current streak would be almost 150 (instead of 86).

The stats shown are your stats.

"While breaking a long streak can be disheartening and frustrating — the current longest streak is 968 days, held by multiple people in Hoquiam, Washington and Willowbrook, Illinois — it's an inevitability. This is part of the game, too, said Mason. “It wakes you up.”

Of course people can cheat easily so beating the public is not really important.

I was just on vacation and somehow forgot to finish connections and blew my streak there.

I'm getting up there again, it's actually a little higher (in my head) it reset once when it shouldn't have (IMO), but not by many... This sounds awful, but my brother is over 500, evacuated due to the Eaton fire, to an area without power as far as I know (Redlands) - he did post his results yesterday - not sure he has a house still (I think so) but so far he still has his Wordle streak.
