Under a similar, but not exact word...on my next guess I went with ROUTETwo! After a very fortunate first word, the correct answer was all that I could think of that fit. Broke up my string of threes, but I am not complaining.

After getting two letters on my first try.....the first thing I thought of was the correct answer.
But, I went with my second thought....CLASP.... so I ended up with a three.
I wonder if I had gone with my first choice....would I have been the only TWO on TUG today.

Something happened to my account after I completed Wordle and before I could grab a screenshot. And, it screwed up my stats. My streak was 98 or 99 and now it’s down to 68.

I had XXASH. With my remaining letters, my first thought was AWASH. Then, just before hitting Enter, I saw that GNASH would work. Aarrgh! I decided to change it to GNASH, then I remembered that almost every time I change at the last moment, it‘s usually wrong. So, I changed back to AWASH and breathed a sigh of relief when the A turned green.
