Received a call (answering machine took it) from a Robert Allen of Blue Bay Advisors (866 area code). Said firm charges no up-front fees and takes a 6% commission after the sale. I have not contacted him, but we do want to sell.

check ripoffreport.com

they go under several different names, a+ advisors is one of them, they're located close to downtown orlando I believe

and there is an upfront cost, I think they call it an estoppal letter or something like that, just read through the rip off reports, the owner also posts some quite aggressive rebuttals to them... interesting stuff

Anyone Heard of Blue Bay Advisors

Thank you, Bill and Krissie. It is scary. We have to get rid of our timeshare (the maintenance is a killer) but I'm scared of being ensnared. Is ANYONE trustworthy?

Krissie, I hope I didn't misspell your name. If I go back to check, I'm afraid I'll lose this page.
