There is ample Internet support for Spence's recommendation. Google "Sunset Group" (with the quotes) and your choice of words such as scam, fraud or complaint and you'll get hundreds of hits.

You might be able to find some owners here. Click on "Users List" on the above blue bar. Then on "Search Users" over on the right. Then on "Advanced Search". Choose your own term, but I entered Sunset in the box for "Resorts Owned" and came up with 26 users.
I didn't do the next step, which would have been to click on the individual user names of my hits to see if any or all of them own at the "Sunset" you are interested in. If they match, you can send them e-mails or private messages (see the right side of those individual user pages) to ask them questions or give them a link to your post, asking them to take a look and respond, if they have time.
