anyone have a Talapia recipe like the Ruby Tuesdays New Orleans seafood?

We do not have a Ruby Tuesday near us. Last weekend we were out of town and we ate at one. My husband ordered the New Orleans seafood I think it was cajun talapia and it had a sauce and small shrimp on top. It was wonderful. I would love to make it. sure hope someone has a similar recipe.

Also, I am interested in good Salmon recipes. Thanks for you help!

This is a very good recipe. We tried it yesterday. However, it serves more than the 4 indicated (probably 5). Thanks for posting the recipe.
 
My favorite salmon recipe is to marinate the salmon in pure maple syrup for a couple of hours and grill it.
 
Sorry. I've kept them as pets in an aquarium. For me, it would be like eating Fido. But you go ahead and enjoy it, my wife does.
