We are in Apple Valley and felt it pretty good. It was centered in Ludlow on I-40 at magnitutude 5.5, which is pretty good! Both my husband and I were sitting quietly in his office, so we felt the whole thing.

Janna

BTW, it happened at 8:19pm.

We felt it here in Indio pretty well. It lasted for about 5 seconds and was a rolling motion this time.

We felt something here in Virginia also... seems we were in bed together about 11:35 PM. :whoopie: Do you think it would come across the whole country?

Maybe it was more a 'earth shaking' than a rolling motion.

Yep, felt it here in Wrightwood, though very low key, no jarring, just a short gentle roll. Hubby didn't feel it at all and thought I was imagining things.

Felt in Las Vegas

I felt it last night in Las Vegas. No windows rattled. Just a rolling motion while sitting in a chair on the 10th floor at the HGVC LV. I had to question others whether it was a earthquake at all. If I had been walking or in a car, I likely would not have noticed.

Wow, we were in California Adventure on the Soaring Over California ride at that time! Nope, didn't feel or hear of it.
Guess I'll go turn the T.V. on...

Kay, I often wonder why some people feel the earth move and others feel nothing. I wonder if it has anything to do with togetherness or what they are doing.

We feel the earth move many times and no body else ever comments on it.
