Anyone else having trouble placing request in II?

HGV points (former Intrawest/Embarc), Recently gave Trapp Family Lodge back.
I have tried several times with 3 different browsers to place an ongoing request online in II, and always get an error message. My membership is paid up past the dates I'm requesting, and the week I'm trying to use has been deposited for some time.

I did email them but just needed to vent. :( I'm not going to call in and pay the extra fee to place an exchange through the phone.
 
Never mind. I was able to do it on another device, although after I placed it got two identical emails from II. I hope they didn't charge me the exchange fee twice! :D
