This came in overnight. I have only 1 property for sale, but he diesn'e even name it.

I would take the links and e-mail addresses out of the post. I believe it's just another scam and there is no use giving them any advertising.
 
Yep, I got one back in June shortly after I listed a timeshare for sale. It was probably the same wording as your message - I just identified it as spam for my email filter, then deleted it.

I got the exact same one. At least it was better than the single lady wanting to rent my TS for 6 months!
