Any Wyndham resorts in Hawaii enforce the 1 in 4 rule on RCI exchanges?

Before Kona Hawaiian Village (now Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort) was purchased by Wyndham they enforced a 1 in 4 rule for RCI exchangers. I looked at a few potential Wyndham Big Island exchanges at rci.com today (Royal Sea Cliff & Mauna Loa Village) and the 1 in 4 language does not appear. Do any Wyndham resorts in HI have the 1 in 4 rule?

I know that for any Wyndham owners at these particular resorts, the 1 in 4 doesn't apply.

As for non-Wyndham owners, I don't know.:doh:

I just noticed that Wyndham Mauna Loa Village does have the 1 in 4 rule. I'm hoping Kona Hawaiian Resort does NOT. I can't see it on any of my searches so I put in an Ongoing Search today. I'm not a Wyndham owner.
